The PADI Rescue Diver Course is an important step in helping you to prepare to deal with diving problems. At the completion of the Advanced Course you are qualified to take the Rescue Diver Course. During the Rescue Course you will refine your ability to prevent problems, develop the specific skills you need to respond to a diving emergency, and learn how to safely maintain and set up your diving equipment.

The Rescue Course consists of five classroom sessions and some pool and open water training. With the help of one of Diver's Den qualified instructors you will review self rescue techniques and practice various responses to different types of diving problems or emergencies.

Rescue diver certification is also an important prerequisite for the PADI Divemaster rating.

The Rescue Diver course includes five classroom sessions and 2 days of open water sessions. You can start today with the PADI Rescue Divers Manual.

It is recommended that divers provide their own equipment, however, rentals are available at a student rate.
